TERMS OF SERVICE — ChainCompass Pro

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using ChainCompass Pro ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service and the accompanying Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. NATURE OF THE SERVICE
ChainCompass Pro is an informational and analytical tool that displays automated trading signals, AI-generated analyses, and paper-trading simulations. It is NOT a brokerage, NOT a financial advisor, and NOT a custodian of your funds.

3. NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE
Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All signals, scores, indicators, and recommendations are produced by automated algorithms for educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

4. SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS
Trading cryptocurrencies, commodities, futures, and leveraged instruments involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose some or all of your capital. Past performance of any signal, strategy, or score does not guarantee future results. Only trade with money you can afford to lose entirely.

5. NO LIABILITY
The operators, creators, contributors, and affiliates of the App accept no liability whatsoever for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial losses, missed opportunities, data loss, or service interruptions, arising from your use of the App.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree NOT to:
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code beyond what is publicly visible.
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
  • Share your access code with parties who have not also accepted these terms.
  • Use automated abuse tools to overload the API or scrape data at scale.

7. NO WARRANTY
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ACCURATE OPERATION.

8. EXCHANGE INTEGRATION
If you connect an exchange API key, you acknowledge that:
  • The App may place orders on your behalf only when you explicitly enable live execution.
  • You retain full responsibility for the exchange-side risk controls (margin, leverage caps, position limits).
  • The App's safety gates are additional, not replacements for, exchange-side controls.

9. ACCOUNT DELETION
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time using the in-app "Delete account" button or by calling DELETE /api/user/me. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

10. MODIFICATIONS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator resides; no specific forum is exclusive.
